Board Meeting Notice
In compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, the timely public advance written notice (at least 72 hours before the scheduled time of the meeting) is given of the subjects to be considered by the Board of Directors of Royal Public Schools (the “Board”) and the Board will convene a meeting to be conducted by the Board of Directors of Royal Public Schools on the date and time set forth herein.

Due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic and the governmental and administrative responses to that Pandemic, this meeting will be conducted in-person and by video conference in accordance with the governor’s authorization concerning the suspension of certain open meeting law requirements for COVID-19 Pandemic. A quorum of the Board may not be physically present at the registered office address. The presiding officer will be physically present there. The meeting will be open to the public. Please access this agenda via the Royal Public School website as the time of the meeting approaches and you may attend the meeting in person at the school site located at 4018 S. Presa St. #300 San Antonio, TX 78223.
